  1. Mechanics – I think a good goal would be for this group to use the first hour to develop a design recommendation for the arm and then present that to the group in the second hour. It would be great if you could also estimate any budget items that the design will require. Finally, it would be good to get an assessment of what sensors we have and what (if any) additional sensors we will need. We could then discuss and get group agreement that this is the design we will use for the first iteration of the robot.

  2. Hackers – I think a good goal would be for this group to would be to discuss and present any budget items that you will need as well as timeline for the programming that the Hackers will do.

  3. Blingsters – Chris pointed out that we cannot have an Arduino or Raspberry Pi mounted on the robot during competition :-(. So we need to pivot here. Jim had some good ideas here. I think a good goal would be for this group to decide how we can use the Arduino/Raspberry Pi, discuss any budget items you will need and present that to the group in the second hour.

  4. Graphics – – I think a good goal would be for this group to use the first hour to develop some logo ideas, review all of the notebook requirements, discuss any budget items you will need and then present on both of those to the group in the second hour. 5. Makers – We will look at what we need to buy/make for the group and come up with a plan for what we will provide and a proposed budget/time frame
